Campaign Story

My name is Cassie and I am in a queer relationship with my trans husband of 7 years in December. For years we’ve discussed what building a family meant for us. Was it a good idea? Were we ready? Can I? (Initially we believed me to have been infertile due to PCOS.) Now we finally took a very big step and put actions into the discussion, and consulted with Shady Grove Fertility out of Denver, CO.
It was determined that IUI would be the route to go, but before treatment can be started, there is a mass in my left tube that must be removed.
One single cycle of IUI is $1600 and insurance doesn’t cover fertility treatment (nor the surgery.) Any help offered will be cherished.
